Seaway Mall presents June 6th Humberstone Weekly Series program.

Welland, Ontario's Seaway Mall will present The Humberstone Speedway Weekly Racing Series on Sunday June 6th. The program will be headlined by the Cosco Haulage DIRT-CAR Sportsman, Brian's Tire Repair Street Stocks, Niagara Auto Sales Pro 4 Trucks, Frontier Automotive Dismantler Pure Stocks and Round 1 of the Joe Cosco Memorial Mini Stock Series sponsored by Ron's Automotive. The Cosco Memorial Mini Stock Series is 3 events and each event is Twin 15 laps with the full field inversion after the first 15 laps. The point system is based on 1 point for first place 10 for tenth and so on. The team with the lowest points will be honored at the post season Banquet. If you fail to compete in one event, you will be given maximum points for the event.
So far to date Humberstone Speedway has seen some of the most competitive action in years with very few duplicate winners in their weekly divisions. So be sure to be on hand for LIVE, AFFORDABLE, FAMILY FUN!!! to catch all the excitement as the Summer heats up and the point battles take shape. The pit gates open at 4:30PM. The grandstands will open at 5:00PM and racing begins at 6:30pm SHARP!!! Remember to bring your FM Radios also and tune to 90.3 for Humberstone Radio. Don't forget you have about one more month to get your advance discount tickets for the STARS OF NASCAR NIGHT on July 11th when Dave Blaney, Bobby Labonte will compete in 358 Modifieds and Michael Waltrip will be on hand to lend his commentary with the Voice of Humberstone Clinton Geoffrey. Kenny Schrader was scheduled to compete also but was called upon by Kevin Harvick to compete in a NASCAR Camping World Truck event on July 11th so an alternative driver is being sought. An autograph session will also be held along with a full 5 division program of racing. The deadline for discount tickets is July 1st.
