THE “BUCKEYE BULLET” READY TO RELOAD AT HUMBERSTONE SPEEDWAY
Dave Blaney has been confirmed to return and defend his title at Pt Colborne, Ont. Humberstone Speedway. The Stars of Nascar will return to Port Colborne speedplant on July 11th . Humberstone Speedway played host in 2009 to their first ever Star of Nascar event and the “Buckeye Bullet” Dave Blaney was well aware of his target by pulling off the victory in the 358 Modified event. It was Blaney's first ever visit to Humberstone. “The Bullet” was cocked and fired aboard Scott Wood's “38 Special” which enabled him to pickup 2nd fastest time in warm-ups, a qualifying heat win as well as garnering the very impressive feature win over rookie Mike Bowman and a full field of hungry Modified pilots.
Blaney will be joined by 3 other Stars of Nascar. They are yet to be confirmed but will be very soon. One of which will work with Humberstone Speedway Voice Clinton Geoffrey.
Also on the card will be the Ron's Automotive Mini Stocks, The Niagara Auto Sales Pro 4 Truck's, The Cosco Haulage Sportsman, The Brian's Tire Repair Street Stocks will compete for a qualifying spot for Ransomville Speedway's King Of The Hill event in September as well as the headlining Young Automotive Professional 358 Modifieds.
Advance tickets are already available for the major event that will bring four of Nascars stars. These popular tickets will sell for $25.00 for Adults, $20.00 for Seniors and Students, Youngsters 6-12 will sell for $10.00 and 5 and under will be free. After July 1st, Adult tickets will sell for $35.00, Seniors and Students will sell for $30.00, 6-12 will go for $15.00 with 5 and under free. Advance ticket sales are available at Humberstone Speedway's Mall shows. They will take place at Niagara Falls Ont. Niagara Square on from March 21st through the 28th and at Welland, Ont.
